You could tell he was very knowledgable and knew his business. Scott showed up right on time and I cannot believe how my car looked. He went over everything he did with me and made sure I was totally satisfied with his work before leaving. I will definitely refer him & would tell anyone that he does the absolute best work for cheaper than his competitors. My car looks showroom new and has never looked this good coming back from other places that have cleaned it. Thanks again Scott Ryan Allen **** I had an appointment for Scott to come and clean my car a 5:00 pm and he arrived 15 minutes early. Normally most places you either go to or call run late. I actually felt bad for making him wait on me. I had the most expensive package you could get to have your car detailed and I must say I was happy with the outcome. I normally clean my car myself weekly, but for the past 2 months things have been crazy with work and school I decoded to have someone come and do it for me. I normally do not like other people to do a job I can handle myself as you never know what to expect. He managed to get in all the crevices of my car where I have a hard time reaching, and was able to take out a few stains that were on my seats. He also informed/showed me that my seats did not have stain repellent on them like the car dealership told me they did. He was able to get out those little scratches that were on the surface of my vehicle that I had tried to get out myself. He honestly was able to get my car looking in almost new shape as though I just got it off the lot. He also made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before he left. If he saw something that looked like he may have missed, he went back over it. I found his personality to be friendly as well. If I had a question about something or wanted to know if this or that could be done, he responded with a yes and in a friendly tone. Not once did I find him to be unpleasant. How you treat people is how you get treated back. His services are reasonable in price compared to others that I have seen. He does a great job in getting your car to look as good as he can. Looks like it rolled off the lot. There were some marks that we didn't think would ever come out, and they were gone when Scott finished. Couldn't even tell where the marks used to be! Thanks Scott! He answered all my questions and explained each one of his services and what they entailed as well as each services long term benefits. Scott gave me a free price quote which was definitely better than the local competition. What made his company so appealing is that he would come to my home and office and clean my car while it is just sitting there, enabling me to continue to do the things at home or work and not loose or waste any of my valuable time in todays world of running here and there. Scott arrivedon time at my work and had everyting needed to clean my car from electricity to water in his mobile trailer. When my car was done, it had never looked that shiny and clean inside and out. Every inch of the inside was cleaned and shiny from the grime that was on the doors to the cup holders, dash, and spots that were in the seats, all were cleaned. The paint was so shiny and he even cleaned the motor, it looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Scotts for any cleaning you may need as he was great and took the time to do things right!
